Data Deletion

Last updated September 12, 2026

You can delete your Alnara data yourself, at any time, without contacting us. There are three routes depending on how much you want removed.

1. Remove one connected account

To remove a single platform connection — one Facebook Page, one LinkedIn profile, one Telegram bot — while keeping your Alnara account:

  • Sign in and open Connections.
  • Find the account’s card and choose Disconnect.

The stored access token is deleted immediately, along with the account metadata we held for it. Anything that depended on that connection — scheduled posts queued against it, for example — is removed with it. Connections reached through that one, such as a LinkedIn company page discovered through a member’s sign-in, are deleted at the same time.

2. Delete your entire Alnara account

To erase everything we hold about you:

  • Sign in and open Settings → Security.
  • Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.

This is immediate and cannot be undone. It removes your profile, every connected account and its tokens, all posts, messages, comments and media held on your behalf, your analytics data, your notifications, and every active session. There is no soft-delete and no recovery window.

3. Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account. We will verify that you control it, complete the deletion, and confirm in writing within 30 days.

4. Revoking Alnara’s access at the platform itself

Deleting data here and revoking access there are two different things, and doing both is the thorough option. Disconnecting in Alnara deletes our copy of the token; revoking at the platform additionally invalidates it on the platform’s side. Each platform keeps this control in its own settings:

5. What we keep after deletion, and why

Deletion is complete, with two narrow exceptions that no longer identify you as a user:

  • Security and abuse logs — retained up to 90 days where needed to investigate fraud or an incident, then deleted.
  • Records we are legally required to keep — for example billing records where tax law requires it. These are kept only as long as the obligation lasts.

Backups are rotated on a rolling schedule and any residual copy is overwritten within 35 days. Deleted data is never restored from backup into the live system.
