Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alnara (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Alnara is a dashboard that lets you connect third-party social and messaging accounts to read and send messages, publish and schedule posts, moderate chat, and view website analytics from a single interface. Available channels and features may change as the Service evolves.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you connect a third-party platform to Alnara, you authorize us to access that platform on your behalf, using the permissions you grant, in order to provide the features you request. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service, and you are solely responsible for complying with them.

Alnara is not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of third-party platforms, including rate limits, API changes, suspensions, or account restrictions imposed by those platforms. We are not affiliated with, and do not act as, any of the third-party platforms our Service connects to.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the terms of service of a connected platform.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in deceptive or abusive messaging.
• Automate actions that a connected platform prohibits (for example, automating a personal account where only official app or bot access is permitted).
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account we reasonably believe violates this section.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or manage through the Service ("your content"). You grant Alnara a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We claim no ownership over your content.

The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Alnara and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Alnara's name or branding.

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if required to comply with a legal obligation. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any connected third-party platform will remain available or unchanged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alnara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by a connected third-party platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Alnara harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party platform's terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alnara is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
